Confirmation of booking<\/strong><\/p>

Confirmation of booking is only valid upon receipt of a deposit of 30% of the total cost.<\/p>

Note:<\/p>

i) Confirmation of availability for specific dates as received from \u201cMata’s House\u201d reservations is not considered as a confirmation to a reservation.<\/p>

A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of a deposit.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>

ii) The deposit must be received by “Mata’s House\u201d no later than the date as specified by the reservation\u2019s department.<\/p>

iii) Confirmation of the deposit made should also be forwarded to \u201cMata’s House\u201d reservations by\u00a0email.<\/p>

Note: Banking tranfer costs is charged to the customer<\/strong><\/p>

Refunds<\/p>

For a cancellation of booking, a refund to the deposit is only given under the following conditions.<\/p>

0% cancellation fee:<\/strong>
Full refund<\/em>\u00a0\u2013 When a cancellation to the booking has been made with a minimum of 40\u00a0days notice (from the date of check in) being given to \u201cMata’s House\u201d reservation\u2019s department.<\/p>

Note:
i) 100% of the deposit is refunded.
ii) Accepted notices are either by fax or email.<\/p>

100% cancellation fee:<\/strong>
A 100% cancellation fee is charged when a cancellation of the reservation has been made within 39 days from the date of check in.<\/p>

Note:
i) No refund to the deposit is refunded.<\/p>

*For pre-term departures,<\/strong> there is a cancellation fee equal to the 50% of the remaining rental period (Law 1652\/86 Gov.Gaz.167A)<\/strong><\/p>

Balance of deposit<\/strong>
